Installation method of fiberglass wool in paint room

1) First remove the bottom plate filter and clean the dark corners and places where dust easily accumulates;
2) Then close the paint room door, turn on the fan and air-blow for 1 to 5 minutes. After cleaning, install the fiberglass wool. During installation, the cotton and the frame must be installed smoothly, the windward side is green, and the wind outlet side is white;
3) After the installation is completed, turn on the fan and blow for about 15 minutes, and then perform a simple cleaning and inspection.

Principle

The paint mist is blown by wind pressure into an intricate system of edges and openings to achieve a good adsorption effect. By enlarging the adsorption surface, arranging and combining different path structures, and utilizing centrifugal force, the system has good adsorption capacity.
